The first step towards creating your dream vacation is to complete our inquiry form. Once we've received your form, we will reach out to schedule your intake call.

PROPOSAL CREATION & SELECTION
After the planning fee has been paid, we will get right to work researching and creating a proposal tailored to you. Depending on the level of service, the proposal will contain a variety of options for you to choose from.

CONSULTATION
The first step towards creating your dream vacation is to complete our inquiry form. Once we've received your form, we will reach out to schedule your intake call.

SERVICE SELECTION & PLANNING FEE
During the call, we will gauge which service will be best for you. However, you are free to choose what suits you and your budget. Once you have selected the services, we will send you an invoice for the appropriate planning fee.

BOOKING
One we have finalized your itinerary, we will gather your payment information and begin booking each piece of your trip. This is also the time for you to book trip insurance.

TAKEOFF
One month before your trip, we will check-in and review pertinent information. Then you will be off! We will be available throughout your trip should any issues arise, and we will want to hear all about your trip when you return!
